Joe Murnan

JOE won his maiden PDC ranking title in 2015, just four years after making his debut in the UK Open as an amateur qualifier, where he won through to the last 32.

Murnan subsequently joined the PDC circuit by winning a Tour Card at the 2012 Qualifying School, securing further UK Open appearances in 2012 and 2014.

Having lost his Tour Card in 2015, Murnan ironically went on to enjoy his most successful year so far, as he followed up another UK Open appearance by winning a Players Championship in Crawley in May, defeating Dave Chisnall in the final.

He also won two Challenge Tour events, made his debut at the World Matchplay, Players Championship Finals and World Championship and won back his Tour Card from the PDC rankings.

2016 saw Murnan again reach the last 32 at the UK Open before he also qualified for the World Series of Darts Finals and competed for a second time at the Players Championship Finals and World Championship.
